Eligible products may be refunded if the return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product
Customers may request either a refund or a replacement product
Customers requesting a refund on eligible products will receive a full refund by the method used for payment

Return shipping costs will apply to the customer except for the case of a manufacturing defects
